Option 2. Basic Professional Monthly Retainer for SMEs/Self-employed with less than 5 workers: 70 €/monthly

• Telephone or email consultations, and full legal advice for all types of legal issues that arise within the professional framework, with a limit of 10 per month.
• Writing, revision and modification of non-judicial contracts or writings with a maximum limit of 5 per year.
• Reduction of 40% on attorney fees, with reference to those recommended by the Alicante Bar Association, in matters not covered by the Basic Monthly Retainer.

Option 3. Basic Professional Monthly Retainer for SMEs with less than 20 workers: 150 €/ monthly.

• Telephone or email consultations, and full legal advice for all types of legal issues that arise within the professional framework, with a limit of 15 per month
• Writing, revision and modification of non-judicial contracts or writings with a maximum limit of 10 per year
• Reduction of 40% on attorney fees, with reference to those recommended by the Alicante Bar Association, in matters not covered by the Basic Monthly Retainer.

 

Option 4. Comprehensive Professional Monthly Retainer for SMEs/Self-employed with less than 5 workers: 425 €/monthly.

• Telephone or email consultations, and full legal advice for all types of legal issues that arise within the professional framework, with a limit of 20 per month.
• Writing, revision and modification of non-judicial contracts or writings with a maximum limit of 10 per year.
• Inclusion of Legal Proceedings with a limit of 6 proceedings per year.
• Reduction of 40% on attorney fees, with reference to those recommended by the Alicante Bar Association, in matters not covered by the Comprehensive Monthly Retainer.

 

Option 5. Comprehensive Professional Monthly Retainer for SMEs with less than 20 workers: 600 €/monthly.

• Telephone or email consultations, and full legal advice for all types of legal issues that arise within the professional framework, with a limit of 35 per month.
• Writing, revision and modification of non-judicial contracts or writings with a maximum limit of 25 per year
• Inclusion of Legal Proceedings with a limit of 15 proceedings per year.
• Reduction of 40% on attorney fees, with reference to those recommended by the Alicante Bar Association, in matters not covered by the Comprehensive Monthly Retainer.

Monthly retainer, the amounts reflected do not include VAT. Supplies, trips and expenses of other professionals from outside the law firm are not included.The contract for the provision of services will be signed for a minimum period of 1 year. A personalized contract will be drafted where all the contemplated services will be included, in a detailed way, during annual periods. At the end of each period the client will have the freedom to renew with NEOFIN ASESORES, signing a new contract for a similar period. The contract for the provision of services must remain in force if it includes legal proceedings while they last. The conditions are subject to negotiation and modification, both by the firm and the company, according to the circumstances and requirements of the same. Monthly retainers valid for the year 2018. Once the limit has been exceeded, the client may decide that the excess is billed according to criteria of the corresponding bar association with a reduction of 40% or the change of monthly retainer to any other superior.
